There is MORE

There is more there than what meets the eye! When I arrived at the principals of Self-realizing, Connecting, and Giving, as good topics to have deeper conversations with my planning clients, I didn’t realize it would mean so much to me. I ponder the principals for goodness sake.

I think about Self-realizing. I defined the most salient values of Self-realizing as learning, serving, and mentoring. I previously got as deep as recommending prioritizing and doing what you are most passionate about - Learning as much as you are able, serving others and loving it. And, as a master, mentoring others to serve with meaning. This is all well and good. This is not as good as it gets though.

I now realize that deep in the Self is our essence, LOVE. The ego and self-will get in the way of realizing the joy of being interconnected, united, one with all living creatures. The beauty is putting the welfare of others first with doing our authentic best with what we are given - this is Self-realizing. This I desire to do.
